We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within approximately 15 business days.
Please note: We have a restocking fee of 15% for returns due to Customer Remorse. This fee is applicable if the return is initiated because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned items in such cases.
Please be aware that certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items. Sale items are also non-refundable, with refunds applicable only to regular-priced items.

Exchange Policy:
We understand that sometimes products may arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, we offer exchanges for the same product. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure a free exchange.
Please note that exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Change of mind returns or exchanges based on colour, size, or texture are not acceptable.
